Fresh Produce Bags – Suitable for carrying fresh fruit and vegetables. These fresh produce bags conveniently come on cardboard core to fit standard bag roll dispensers.
Crate Liners – 25kg capacity. A convenient food grade carton liner to prevent leakages and protect fresh produce for cartons or crates.

Our Degradable produce bags & crate liners are made from polyethylene, they are still a petroleum-based plastic bag but contain a degradable additive known as TDPA (totally degradable plastic additives) manufactured by a company called EPI. This helps the bags break down into smaller particles when exposed to sunlight, heat and oxygen. Secondly, these smaller oxidized molecules are biodegraded and converted into carbon dioxide, water and biomass, by microorganisms. The rate at which this happens for conventional plastics is very slow, taking decades or even centuries. EPI’s TDPA® additives are catalysts that accelerate this reaction so that it occurs over a few months to a couple of years.
