Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice in your return to ensure this is processed quickly.
Faulty Product Return
If your return is for a faulty product we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you. Please let us know if you would like a credit or a replacement product sent.
Wrong Product Return
If your return is for a product we’ve sent you in error, then we will arrange a courier to pick it up from you. Please let us know if you would like a credit or the correct product.
