As the founder and CEO of Primepac, Sherman leads an agile, customer centric team. He started the company in 1997 from a shed on the family orchard. After 23 years in business Primepac has grown to be one of the largest industrial packaging suppliers in New Zealand. We deliver the outcome our clients need by listening to them and working as one collaborative team. Sherman spends his time building and managing executive talent to ensure that the company has a capable and highly-trained management team able to deliver on our promises, across all critical business functions.
