Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can. Primepac offers free overnight delivery to urban addresses nationwide. However, if you would prefer to pick your order up from one of our dispatch centres, you are welcome to do so. There are two ways you can let us know you want to pick up your order:

• Select the “Pick up” option in our online checkout, where you can select which of our two branches you want to collect your goods from (Auckland or Christchurch). Please allow 2 hours for us to process your order for pickup.
• If you are emailing or calling your order through, simply let one of our customer care team know you would like to collect your goods.

Please note: your order must be placed before it is picked up as we do not have payment facilities on site.
