Primepac is proud to support Ronald McDonald House Charities®

Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®) New Zealand is the country’s leading family charity that works to take care of Kiwi families throughout their children’s medical journeys. At the heart of what they do is the simple premise that families are stronger when they’re together. Their core programme – the Ronald McDonald Houses®, endeavour to strengthen Kiwi families who are away from home with a hospitalised child, by providing free accommodation and support services. RMHC® New Zealand also provide family rooms in three New Zealand hospitals, and Family Retreats for families who have experienced the impact of chronic/long term illness.

The Primepac RMHC® campaign

Here at Primepac, we want to play a part to help alleviate some of the practical, financial and emotional burdens the RMHC New Zealand families face, so that they are better placed to cope and help their children heal. That’s why we ran a week-long campaign from 12^th to 16^th March, with the aim of raising money for this special charity. During this week Primepac pledged to donate $1 for every order placed directly to RMHC New Zealand. Thanks to the support of our loyal customers, we were able to raise $1321 to be directly donated to RMHC New Zealand.

We would like to thank each and every one of our customers who placed an order with Primepac during this campaign, because without you, this donation would not be possible! We were lucky enough to present this donation to Leah, who is a partnerships officer at RMHC New Zealand and Kate Nicolson, who is has been a Family Support Coordinator for over 20 years. Leah kindly gave Stirling and Jess from Primepac a tour around the Auckland site, where they were able to see the awesome work that RMHC New Zealand is doing.
